This series of products has no sealing points and will not leak. It is resistant to particle abrasion and will not block when transporting liquids containing fibers. Its performance is comparable to imported products, and it has the advantages of a short supply period, reasonable price, and good service.


Series of raw materials/materials

The inner liner can be made of 12 different elastomer materials (natural rubber, food-safe natural rubber, high-temperature natural rubber, neoprene Neoprene, EPDM, food-safe EPDM, fluororubber Viton, Ding It is made of rubber Nitril, food-safe butadiene rubber Nitril, silicone Siliko, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber CSM, butyl acrylate Butyl), so the application field of high-speed train pneumatic pinch valve s is very wide, and there are almost no restrictions.


In addition, the use of three different valve body and casing cover materials further expands the application fields of the pneumatic pinch valves. The following materials are generally used:


  • White polyoxymethylene (POM) plastic steel, used in the food industry and non-outdoor applications.

  • Black polyoxymethylene (POM) plastic steel contains cold-resistant and ultraviolet additives, so it is suitable for outdoor applications.

  • Conductive polyoxymethylene (POM) plastic steel makes the VMP series pneumatic pinch valve suitable for places with explosion hazards.
